Raised in the beautiful musical and spiritual island of Jamaica and currently based in London this sensational unsigned multi-talented singer/songwriter/musician/poet, LENEA HERU is getting ready to introduce her music to the world.

Performing since three years old her various styles have evolved to include a fusion of Soul, Jazz,Reggae, Dancehall and Hip Hop among others. She is influenced by a variety of artists including Nina Simone,Lauryn Hill,Bob Marley, Ray Charles, Marvin Gaye, India Arie,Peter Tosh,Tracy Chapman and Turbulence to name but a few.

An adept performer, producer and determined business person, Lenea Heru has studied performing arts and music and has been teaching music (vocals and songwriting) and dance in theatres, schools and youth venues from the age of nineteen. Having also worked as a support singer for several acts she is ready, confident and eager to create and perform.

She is currently undertaking a BA in Commercial Music @ University of Westminster, London. She plans to release through her recently formed 'Higher Concept' her upcoming debut album:
